GermanyThe staff is very friendly and happy to help. The location is easy to reach from the Ferry, about 20 minutes walking or by taking a bus. Breakfast is excellent, with multiple options and very delicious food. We had a room to the street and it could get a bit loud late at night, but as soon as you close the windows, it's complete silence

An amazing island - loads of great restaurants, stylish bars, very open and welcoming people, great beaches and a good dose of breeze and rain :-) The Friedrich and the Surfcafe turned out to be our favorite places.

Very friendly staff (nothing was too much). Location. Clean and tidy. Nice fruit bowl at entrance. My son enjoyed the dragon fruit. Large roof top area. Central lift to all floors.
I heard one person complain that their room wasn’t made up at 16:30 but I knew the reason… understaffed. Not their fault as they really were keeping the hotel afloat. They really deserve a bonus for what they achieved. Don’t let this put you off booking as I’m sure a solution will be found. I enjoyed the breakfast.

Spotlessly clean. Stylish room. Ours had a huge balcony with a Strandkorb from which to watch the sunset. Room was beautifully appointed with coffee machine and kettle and tea a and coffee, not always available in german hotels. Breakfast was waonderful

Did not partake in breakfast. The hotel was easy to reach from insel bus from the ferry harbor. It is also quite central to walk through the town. The sea is also within steps.
