The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. From receptionist to people serving breakfast. Such happy and kind people. Rooms were very nice (it doesn't look like from hallways, but it's really nice. Room was cleaned after 1 night staying there which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was good. Love the coffee that was made for us and all the fresh fruit!

Every meal was fabulous. The breakfast included eggs to order and traditional European fare with an Italian flair. We ate lunch and dinner, and every meal was delicious. The atmosphere was cozy. Our room overlooked the street, so we could see our car that was parked on the street. We had a minor heating issue that was quickly addressed and corrected. Previous reviews did not do this family-run facility justice. We will definitely return.

The room was perfect for a night's stay. The staff at the reception were very friendly and responsive. They went beyond and offered us tickets for the public transport as well

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Laura gave us all transportation details we needed and also gave us a great tip regarding our commute to Memmingen airport. The room was clean, warm, we had all necessities.

From the reception to the room, we were very well treated. The staff was polite and friendly, the hotel was very clean and organized, and the room and the bathroom were super clean and comfortable. All was very organized, with little messages regarding the rules and arrangements. Highly recommended. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.

We liked everything, the staff were so friendly and nice, such homely and welcoming atmosphere, we were really pleased with the whole experience. There’s a free parking in front and you can get a train (10 minutes walk to the station) to the center of Munich which is much more convenient than driving there and thinking about the parking. Breakfast was also very nice and there was variety for everyone’s taste.

Convenient for LMU. Very professional. Quiet comfortable room. Nice continental breakfast. Close to U6 subway station, restaurants and grocers.

Very close to the train station and a great neighbourhood. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a slight mix up with our booking but this was quickly rectified by friendly and helpful staff. A great stay.

The hotel is located next to a park, among lots of greenery, nice alleys and tranquility. They were friendly at the reception, we got information about everything. The breakfast was nice, the staff took care with care and desire to make us feel good.
