I liked everything about this hotel, from cleaning to the customer service. Location was perfect, the room big and clean and everything new, the breakfast amazing !!!!! The Best i ever has in a hotel ! The service impecabile, and the Man who was on duty at the reception in the very early morning when we left,was so so so Nice, i will never forget, he gave me a coffee for the road, and my son a hot.chocolate and some sweets, also he was extremly helpful when i called him from the train station because i did not speak german, and he helped us to get in the right train . I totally recomand this hotel Also the bus to Europa Park and Rulantica stops right in front !

This place was outstanding! The best place we've stayed at during this trip, no question, hands-down! The house is probably recently built, or just renovated, since everything is very modern, clean and in excellent working order. We booked for 5 people, and there was 2 large bedrooms at the top floor, with a double bed and a big sofa bed in each room, and a large bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower and a washing machine. The entrance/main level has a smaller toilet and a open-planned kitchen-living room area with a large table and a sofa. Downstairs there was 2 locked rooms, perhaps with more beds if you are a larger family staying here, or personal stuff for the host. All rooms have big modern TVs with Netflix/Prime/YouTube/apps, with working high-speed WiFi in all areas. (We couldn't find any remotes to the TVs upstairs though, but we didn't use them anyway during our stay.) There is also a small patio, with table and chairs, if you'd like to have your breakfast/dinner outside. Parking is just outside the front door. The kitchen was perfect! And I really mean _perfect_! Usually there's things missing, broken/not working, etc. This kitchen had it all! We missed nothing! Plenty of cooking utensils, cuttlery, plates, glasses, etc. Everything you need! Even a full stack of spices for you to use! Of couse there's also a dishwasher, and the host provided us with dishwasher tablets and other cleaning utensils we might need. There even was plenty of tea you could choose from and a wonderful coffee machine that freshly grinds your coffee for you, with coffee provided! The host even provided decaf coffee! EXCELLENT! And there was also a soda-stream! You really couldn't ask for anything else! If you ever plan on going to Europa-Park this is the place to stay at! It's only a 5 km/10 minute drive to the park, and you have all the comforts of home - perhaps even better!

Ringsheim is a lovely village and near to transport such as the train station. Sadly the covid lockdown as caused quite a lot of the restaurants and bars to close, There is an Italian pizzaria and a bakers shop that are well worth a visit.

My trip would be much better if I didn’t book in one of the most worst hotel in the world (Holiday Inn Express - Ringsheim, an IHG Hotel) because of a negative attitude and unprofessional receptionist working in this hotel with no morals. Unfortunately my luck was bad that night , my plan was to stay 4 nights and visit so many wonderful places but I left Ringsheim early because of their bad behaviors .

I came to Ringsheim to visit the Europa Park resort.

I came to Ringsheim to visit the Europa Park resort. It was a fun experience and I would recommend coming to visit when its not peak season. The bus service to Ringsheim station needs to be improved with more busses running a later service.

The hotel was generally clean, so that is probably the main positive thing I can say. As for the location, it is a bit far if your main reason for staying there is visiting Europa-Park. And apart from that, there is really nothing interesting nearby, so it is not exactly a place where the surroundings make you want to stay longer.

Hotel staff were welcoming, hospitable, helpful, and very pleasant towards us. The hotel is perfectly located to Europa Park and Rulantica for either drive or train. Rooms were clean, well equipped, and beds comfy.
