Owners of this pleasant Hotel located in a calm town were nice and helpful, allowing us to do an early check-in. They even offered a shuttle to the nearest S-Bahn, which was a great addition considering we were in hurry to reach the city center upon arrival. Breakfast was great too - not excessive, but included everything you need. Would definitely recommend to all travelers that want to avoid the city center and potential traffic jams.

Clean, no-no sense, small & family run B&B on the country side. Excellent breakfast, super easy check in. Great mattress, soundproof windows, floor heating in the bathroom. Will come again!

We were absolutely not expecting a lot from this unassuming little inn, but it turned out marvellous. It is a small and cozy family business type, with super friendly staff, but is managed like a big hotel, with everything super clean, every amenity in place, and believe it or not, the mattresses were so comfortable, we had to ask at the reception for the manufacturer. The breakfast is simple but home-like and plenty, with coffee, tee, milk, yogurt, bread, cheese, cereals and homemade marmalade. So you might also say continental. (Apparently the hall downstairs also serves for the weddings from the nearby church, the walls are covered with happy newly wed pictures.) Located just outside of Munich, suited us perfectly as well. Calm rural surrounding, good for a quiet walk.

Wonderful hospitality and very helpful. A hidden Gem

We have the family which was great as we had separate rooms but were still able to reach each other easily. The place was clean and the staff very helpful.

They deserve a 10, huge room, extremely clean, excellent shower, huge and completely darkened window, very kind staff, there is an elevator, alot of parking, excellent cost-benefit ratio

Very good and breakfast is delicius

Excellent location - few steps away from public transport!

The hotel is super cosy and feels like home. The hosts are marvelous: friendly and nice! Everything is very clean in the hotel and in the rooms. The rooms are spacious with very good beds and pillows (which is rare😁). Big nice showers. With windows closed no sound from outside comes, so silent and quiet. The breakfast is fantastic and the host has a very personal approach to each client. We arrived late and everything was earliy foundable.

Modern, spacious rooms at an exceptional price. The staff are always very friendly and help in any way they can. We decided spontaneously to extend our stay and they arranged everything so that we didn‘t even have to swap rooms. We always stay at MODI when we come to Munich and can highly recommend it!

Fantastic buffet breakfast and had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Very comfortable and spacious room.

Hotel is completely fine, but breakfast and staff are outstanding , especialy the Indian guy who is working at breakfast - give him a raise! So really wow.

Amazing design, great spa & wellness facilities. Very good quality food in the restaurant and excellent staff.

The property is brand new and the rooms very roomy and warm. The staff was friendly :) Gym as a big plus! The hotel is close to Munich but much better from price-quality aspect than ones there.

Die Experience war sehr gut. Das Hotel hat sogar gesehen, dass ich an diesem Tag Geburtstag hatte und offerierte mir einen Dessert-Teller. Das war sehr schön.
