We spent a comfortable night here while walking through the Malerweg trail. The staff was very nice and we could recharge our energy with the wonderful breakfast in the morning.

Everything was literally perfect. It Felt like all the furnishings, all the facilities and all the service had been organised with the Comfort and enjoyment of the customers in mind - from the windscreen scrapers in the Lobby to help clean the car from the fallen Snow to the device / book holder by the Side of the bed to the reward System for not requiring housekeeping every day when not strictly necessary and of course the incredibly efficient , professional and friendly members of staff. We absolutely loved it !!! Thank you, Sennerhuette Landhotel! We will certainly be back! :-)

Immaculate, beautiful decor with comfortable furnishings

The location of the resort was perfect. There are beautiful natural sceneries within a few minutes of walk. They also served exceptional dinner and breakfast. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cosy, big enough, nicely decorated and very tidy.

Everything from staff to the size of the room, location, wide selection of breakfast choices and local specialities, etc was perfect. Didn't expect that everything will be at such a high quality. Loved the view from the room and the little balcony, stunning location and the building itself full of history and charm. Although pool was a bit cold for the time of the year, the facilities were great and my partner still managed to enjoy a refreshing swim in the morning. Cosy spa too. Had a dinner booked at the restaurant one night and the service and meal was perfect. Thank you for such a wonderful place in Bad Schandau - I wish to be a guest in the future.

This is an attractive hotel in a good location with views over the river and a salt grotto. Manfred has owned the hotel for 35 years and has kept it up to a very high standard. He also operates a 24 hour reception which suited me well. Sadly I had to leave before breakfast.

Luxurious room overlooking the castle, and a restaurant/ inn feel at the front, where with the other guests we could drink and eat, and enjoy the quiet evenings after all the castle visitors have headed off. Very extensive breakfast buffet in the morning to fuel you for the days adventure. The hotel is also part of the scheme where you get a pass for local buses, trains and ferries. It’s brilliant- absolutely the best way to explore the region and cut down on traffic. Evening BBQ on second night may have been a one-off - it was certainly a great way to end another days walking!

Everything was very good. The location is excellent, the staff was very kind, and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We liked the following things about the property: The rooms were a good size, especially the family room; The linen was of good quality; The rooms were supplied with oral hygiene packs, shampoo, body wash and lotion, complimentary water, quiet, the heating kept the rooms at a comfortable temperature during our winter stay. Close to several village amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful and made you felt welcomed . The breakfast offered several selections of fresh breads, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit, cereals, and plenty of coffee.

The hotel and the staff service is great. Very nice (remote) location, perfectly fitting into our hiking plans. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.
