A very nicely situated, furnished, and organised guest house. The staff were friendly and the (bath)room was nice. The single bed is also fine for me, given the reduced price. Breakfast in the morning was well prepared, though only starts at 08:00 on the weekends.

No doubt the hotel is old, but it was super clean. The staff was awesome and friendly. We arrived with a dog and there were a water plate for the dog which is super kind and I never experienced it at any other hotels.

Very friendly and welcoming personnel. Extremely clean and well maintained. The restaurant was always very busy but the menu is extensive and massive servings. Location of the hotel is convenient in the centre of Schopfheim and right next to the main train line. Very quick and easy to get to Basel.

Schopfheim is a great small city with lots of restaurants.

Schopfheim is a great small city with lots of restaurants. Easy to reach other cities because of good connection with train. The old city center is worth to visit. It is a perfect location to explore the south part of black forest by bicycle. Renting a bicycle is easy at the train station in Loerrach, 15 minutes train transfer. Very close to Basel, Mulhouse, Freiburg

We stayed in 9 different Hotels and Hotel Adler was exceptional, the rooms very roomy also the hotel was super clean. The hotel manager/owner was very help full after we'd travelled all day on the motorbikes in the rain. We were desperate for a hot shower to warm up.

We stayed overnight on our return trip to the UK from Italy. Parking was outside the hotel, off the main road. But we thought safe enough for our motorbikes. Evening meal was good as was the breakfast.
