Whole experience was excellent - hence a second visit. They have made further improvements and extended, not only the dining areas, but the 'experience' - street scene area is amazing! The hostess is very friendly and personable (not an English speaker, but wth, we got through just fine!), the rooms nicely sized and clean, beds comfortable, ensuite well proportioned and clean, and as for the food - words fail!!

This hotel is really beautiful and clean. We came att 21 o'clock and owner answered on phone to explain where to park my car. The check in is really easy. We got big room with number 309 which is perfect (big, clean, extra beds). Of course that we are coming back. Kind regards to owner!

Very good location, the owner and his wife are very kind! We parked the motorbikes in a parking space in front of the hotel, very safe and free of charge. The room and the bathroom are very clean! I recommend, I would stay there again!

Hotel Heinz (Plauen) A wonderful hotel in the wonderful Saxon town of Plauen. The hotel is very beautiful, well maintained, clean, with a beautifully decorated area and comfortable rooms. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant with excellent cuisine. The spacious rooms have everything you need, up to a spoon for shoes. Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, everything you need for a traveler is there. Kettle, hair dryer, TV - everything is at hand. The staff is very attentive. The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful. We got a wonderful breakfast. Several varieties of cheese, sausages, ham. Great scrambled eggs and sausages! Great coffee! Lots of fresh juices, yoghurts, fruits! Baking is beyond praise! We are very pleased that we stayed at this hotel. We had a great rest, had a great breakfast, got a lot of heat and care! The best value for money! And no problem with parking the car: we parked for free across the street from the hotel. Very comfortably! The highest rating for staff! Very nice hotel with great breakfast! Recommended to all tourists coming to Plauen

The hotel is in the heart of the place. An old building between an open street and an alley. It has online check-in or direct on-site if you arrive before a certain time (I don't remember the exact time, sorry). The room was beautiful, I really felt in an old age with the furniture and decoration, but the modern bathroom (very nice too). They have a breakfast option in the same hotel restaurant, they also have a bar. Everyone was very friendly from start to finish. Highly Recommended.
