I rarely rate a hotel so highly but I must say, this place absolutely deserves it. First of all, the hosts are just wonderful. The warmest of welcomes and a genuine desire to ensure you will have a happy stay at the hotel. This is a family-run establishment and it clear from the warmth that the hosts exude that they want you to have a relaxing time there. We had the convenience of parking at the hotel, which is great, and we were given a lovely room overlooking the charming square. Our room (as was all of the hotel) was scrupulously clean. There were plenty of breakfast options - something to please everyone. I should add that staying over on on warm Friday evening meant that you can be susceptible to noises from the square from late-night revellers if your window is open overnight, but if left closed, the rooms are quiet.

This hotel is located just 15 minutes away from Cologne-Bonn Airport by car, directly next to a motorway services stop. Serways Hotel Siegburg West offers free parking and a 24-hour reception. The room was very spacious and big enough for our family. Beds were comfortable and cosy. The room had everything we needed for our night stay.
