The early self check in system worked very well. We were also given city bus/train tickets for the duration of our stay. The family suite had a second bedroom, this was a nice surprise. The breakfast was lovely and fresh and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast and the workers warmness was great. Definitely would recommend. Do not be prejudiced about the location, with a car everything is maximum 10 minutes far. It is 100% worth it.

Every thing was Perfect. The room, the food in restaurant, the breakfast, English speaking staff wath is very rare for Germany. Nice parking at the hotel where you can park the motorbike safely.

Large, comfortable, clean room. Friendly staff, a good breakfast buffet with many homemade bread and jams, fresh eggs, good coffee. Good bicycle storage, excellent dedicated bike path between Stein am Rhein and Ramsen. Lovely, relaxing village.

We liked the tranquil setting and our quiet balcony overlooking the garden. Our room was spacious and absolutely spotless. Breakfast was a delight, everything freshly-prepared and plentiful. Our hosts were friendly, cheerful and most helpful. The property is well-located to visit Singen, Hohentwiel and Reichenau. We look forward to staying here again.

An amazing hotel with a beautiful interior and excellent cuisine. The restaurant is special, the staff is kind and friendly. The whole organization is perfect. I will definitely visit them again and enjoy the facilities they offer by the lake which unfortunately were not available due to the bad weather.

Large bedrooms, good food, good standard of cleanliness, cheap comfortable beds and good showers. Good location, quiet. Plenty of convenient parking. Lift to upper floors.
