Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt für meine Frau und mich. Wir haben drei wunderschöne Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Von Anfang bis Ende war das Hotel einfach perfekt. Der Check-in an der Rezeption verlief reibungslos. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und geduldig mit uns. Die Atmosphäre, die Einrichtung und die Lage des Hotels waren perfekt. Das Zimmer war das i-Tüpfelchen. Es war erstklassig. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, was in anderen Sterne-Hotels nicht der Fall ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, und die Gastgeberin war zudem sehr nett und freundlich; sie lud uns sogar zum Frühstück oder zu einem Kaffee ein, wenn wir gerade dabei waren, unseren Tag zu beginnen. Das ist Service der Extraklasse. Wir wurden hier wie VIPs behandelt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt. Die Umgebung ist zudem sehr ruhig und entspannend. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es auch viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es war alles perfekt – 10 von 10 Punkten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Empfehlenswert für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten, wenn wir im Winter hierher kommen.

Communication. We arrived late and had to leave early, nevertheless less the staff did their best to deliver us the keys although the reception as already closed and to open the breakfast room earlier for us Rooms. They are spacious and more comfort than most of 4* hotels I saw Breakfast. A good range of dishes, hot and cold, fresh fruits and fruit salad, diary products and sandwiches - for all taste. And the dining room was like in a good restaurant Location. We found it easily and even parked on the street with o issues, but I must say it was Friday evening, so maybe it is more difficult during the day.

Beautiful apartment in the city center with a nice view. It was really cozy and we definitely do it will recommend it. If we will have another drive-by, we will definitely choose this one. Thank you one more time.

A little bit old, but nice overall

The staff are fantastic, attentive, friendly and helpful, especially Michaela and Nicole, this was my third time staying here and I’ve gotten to know them a little better. They make me feel welcome, they book my taxis to the event I attend, they cook tasty breakfasts and have good drinks, they take an interest in me and my friend as a person and make the experience personable, they really go the extra mile for their customers!

Everything was great. The price was very good for the big room we got. Great view, we could see the sunshine from the hills from the balcony. Good enough breakfast. Friendly receptionist. Within 5-minute walking distance from Solymar Therme, for which you get 10 euro discount at the reception. If you want a great culinary experience, the restaurant Bundschuh is also 5 minutes away. We had the best steak ever there plus the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Being in Bad Mergentheim. Apart from that nothing. My first impressions were that the owners seemed to have given up.
