The location is perfect, in the very center of the city. The staff was professional, the room exactly as in the description and all has worked properly. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed just one night on our way home - the hotel was perfect for our needs, the location was perfect - just minutes off our route, the room was lovely and clean, beds were comfy, the restaurant was amazing! Both the dinner and the breakfast were perfect traditional and modern German food.

It was fairly simple the check-in. All the necessary parts were taken care off. There was a big parking lot just a few minutes from the hotel.

Our hosts were very friendly and even though we couldn’t speak English the lady who was hosting us rang her son to speak to us over the telephone in English to organise our breakfast options. All super friendly and couldn’t do enough . The location is amazing opposite the castle with lovely walks leading to it and outdoor seating for drinks and food where we had our evening meal. Also down the road from a lovely Italian restaurant and a wonderful local pub run by jhurgon. Immaculate bedrooms and bathroom.

Quiet and clean hotel near the center, kind and helpful staff, great price/performance ratio.

We were lucky to find this hotel with a lower price for the night from Sunday to Monday. It was amazing. Rooms, service, utilities, breakfast - everything was on top and the hotel is located on the center of the city. If you are travelling by car, you can either park on the hotel parking (if there are free places) or a nearby covered parking lot for one and the same price (15€). The parking lot usually charges 19€, but the hotel gives you a discount in order to correspond to the price of their own parking.

Location was great, the traffic outside didn't bother me much (very busy due to main train/tram/bus station). There were even umbrellas available for guests to loan. I made good use of that. If the circumstances allow I'll gladly come back.

I had an issue with the booking and the staff immediately fixed it.

The property is in an ideal location for exploring the village of Untergruppenbach and surrounding areas. Our family room with terrace was a wonderful room with an outdoor terrace and garden to enjoy after a busy day . Regina was a fantastic and friendly host. Nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed our conversations together and her recommendations for places to eat and visit. We would love to visit and stay again. I'm usually a very picky client but I must say I had a wonderful stay. Everything was neat and proper and transpires the spirit of a true family-managed hotel, with owners and managers actually knowing their clients ; The personnel and the owner, Ms. Mayer, are always there to help. Very good cocktails. My room had a nice view on the Neckar and the town and was very calm. Real plus: there is an actual gym, not just a place with a yoga mat and two minuscule fitness barbells many other hotel would already consider a "gym", but a REAL gym with (notably and among others) a Precor machine you can actually do some good training sessions with even as an experimented practitioner. Pool, sauna and hammam were splendid. Breakfast is also very good... In a nutshell: 100% recommended.
