After a long and warm day of cycling, i had a warm welcome at hofgut Dösterhof with a nice chat and a glass of wine. They also offered me a breakfast on the go because i wanted to leave early to avoid the heat. Really friendly people. I recommend!

The hotel is easy to find and has ample free car parking. There is a garage available for motorcycles but we opted to leave ours outside. The staff are excellent and speak good English. The rooms are very large, comfortable and well appointed. 2 minor gripes. The restaurant was not open when we stayed but the hotel had contacted us and given us plenty of notice, and the restaurant they recommended, just a short walk away, was fabulous. And there was no one there when we arrived. We had to wait 15 minutes before we could check in.

The apartment was new and comfortable. We were 4 adults plus one baby and had plenty of space. The sofa bed was a gppd size. The kitchen had everything it needed. Finally, Brigit was super responsive.
