Such a nice, German traditional family run hotel and restaurant! Extremely friendly and devouted onwers! We came quite late, however we were offered with a very dilicious local traditional dinner! Very clean and comfort beds, well equiped bathroom!! It was very quietly due to perfect location!

So pleased to have discovered this gem of a hotel in a tucked-away part of Germany. Our room was huge, beautifully proportioned and spotlessly clean, with a large and very comfortable bed and a neat en-suite shower room. The wifi in the room was excellent, stable enough for a two-hour video conference without as much as a blip. Free parking conveniently at the back of the property; sumptuous breakfast; and Mrs Langosch couldn’t have been more helpful and hospitable (and in excellent English, too). We will be back!

Best area for hiking, biking and swimming. Pitoresque Werratal with fantastic sightseeing spots. Street infrastructue and Fachwerk buildings new remakes. - Historical crosses and declaration plates at former border line to DDR. Although 30 years gone everytime very deep feelings of luck and freedom.
