Location was top ❤️ absolutely loved the apartments. We have booked two as we went as a family trip including kids. The apartments are extremely well equipped with full kitchen and cooking possibilities. We didn’t lack absolutely anything. Everything was very fresh and nicely cleaned and a lot of detail orieted location. Staff were sweet and funny and always helpful.

The Mother bikepark Winterberg is amazing, spent 4 whole days riding here, also the airbag Freestyle Area located opposite the bike park (only open weekend afternoons) is so friendly and super good value. Winterberg is an ideal base for a mountain bike stay as MTB Zone Willengen and Green Hill bike parks as within 30 min drive.

Great location, good all round just super bad for electric...

Great location, good all round just super bad for electric cars, hardly any charging locations so all of them were always occupied and super slow charge speeds and most will charge you parking after a couple of hours and you only charged 10% lol.

Winterberg exceeded expectations.

Winterberg exceeded expectations. One believes that you would need to go to Switzerland or Austria to have a great ski holiday, but the truth is a short 4 hour drive from the middle of the Netherlands you are in a place where as a beginner skier you have everything you might want! There might be more challenging slopes, but I did not attempt those this time around, I will surely be back again to see more..

Winterberg has the nostalgie of the past and combines that with the needs of the younger sporty generation, including families. Public transport is well organized and free for visitors who stay one or more nights.

If you go to Winterberg, do it for the nature.

If you go to Winterberg, do it for the nature. Lovely for walking or touring with your car or motorbike. The village Winterberg is not that special, but it has nice restaurants and a good icecream café. Take a look at other bigger villages for daytrips. River the Eder and Edersee are also very beautifull!

Although there was not a lot of snow, some areas were still open as they provided fake snow for people to ski. This was perfect for my partner and me as we were still beginners with skiing. Therefore, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to start learning to ski. Also, things were quite cheap there regarding food/ groceries and also leisure such as going to a wellness center.

We were on the slopes within a 2-3 minute walk from the property which when carrying skis and poles, in ski boots is a really helpful thing! Parking is very difficult in Winterberg, and the ability to park your car outside the property is brilliant. We experienced a lot of snow while we were there, so that close proximity was great. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, warm, nice views, lots of space for lounging/dining etc. The building has a ski room which was helpful to store all your kit.

The house is nice, comfortable and the view is amazing. There is lots nature around the house and the BBQ area is also really nice and cosy. The check-in process was easy and the owners responded quickly to our questions. The rooms and beds were comfortable and there was enough space to store your luggage. Silbach/Winterberg is mainly known as a winter destination, but it's also gorgeous in summertime!

Hotel was very pretty, rooms were huge and very comfortable. Location although calm and beautiful had almost direct access to some slopes that worked day and night (until 22pm). Restaurant food was good, breakfast offer was great with a delicious omelete station, and sevice/staff were very helpful.
