The staff was so friendly and amazing!! The hotel was beautiful. Our dinner and breakfast were excellent and gourmet. The wine, delicious! The room with a balcony to look out at the river was exceptional! I would stay here next time I’m in the Mosel valley for sure!

It is a smaller hotel that has been remodelled beautifully. Loved our room with 2 large windows overlooking the Mosel River. Very nice breakfast room and a covered patio. Breakfast was very good.

The service was exceptional - the receptionist was polite, helpful and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The little touches - cookies, candy, delicious coffee in the room - really brightened the day. The bed was very comfortable - the best in Europe so far (we have been traveling 8 days). The breakfast was superb in taste, presentation and quantity- we actually took some “to go” as we did not want to waste any food. Thanks again for the excellent stay - this hotel is a gem.

The property was within easy walking distance of the train station and very close to the centre of the town and walking areas. We arrived late so very clear instructions were left for us on how to get inside & find our room. The bedroom linen was very nice as were the lively soft pillows.
