What a beautiful, peaceful retreat. The meals were amazing. The views were breathtaking. The staff took a bit of care to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We went in the off season (early October).

Owners were very friendly, house was spotlessly clean, well heated, and well stocked. Very reasonable price. House had a nice terrace with a beautiful view of a pond and horses. Quiet and calm area. Excellent stay, would recommend.

Tisvideleje is a nice sleepy town in North zealand.

Tisvideleje is a nice sleepy town in North zealand. Perfectly suited for us who wanted relief from city’s hustle bustle . Well connected from Copenhagen by train to Hillerød and then by the lokalTog. Nice beaches(not exotic but quiet), clean water, abundance of nature. There is a nice bakery ( Brød & vin ) baking fresh breads and brewing fresh coffee which I strongly recommend for your perfect breakfast before heading towards beach😊. If someone keep bonus day can well plan for one day trip to nearby Fredriksborg Castle ( can get down at slotpavilionen or hillerød station) as well as famous kronoborg castle at Helsingør. DOT mobile app( for LokalTog) is very helpful in this regard to buy train/local bus tickets at your will.

Excellent accommodation with sea view, highly recommended! Service-minded staff! Strong home feeling with time for self-recreation & reflection! Peace and quiet environment without TV & Radio. Comments however: requests: the breakfast buffet can be supplemented with organic vegetables. Room addition: shoehorn.
