La Romana is a town with lots of shopping malls, heavy traffic, construction sites so quite noisy place. Getting around is difficult unless you have a car. We enjoyed the stay inside our accommodation, did not see much of the town.

The resort was so beautiful.
The resort was so beautiful. We are a well traveled couple and found this to be one of the best. The food was fabulous and the staff were so nice they made us feel like long and queens! There was not many negative things to say about this property except that you could here everything in the hallways and there were a lot of rocks on the water line that would hurt your feet.

This little, lovely hotel is located some 150 m from the Cozy Caleta beach - on the outskirts of La Romana city. Gua-gua (minibus) will take you there for just 40 pesos, in the walking distance you will find bakery, grocery and other little shops.
