Very good IBIS Special mention to Chemile on the front desk(hope I've written his name correctly), who was superb. Even helped us find an excellent guide. Special mention also for the breakfast staff. This was the best breakfast we had in all of Algeria! Great choice and fresh The room was warm and clean. All staff including the cleaners and security friendly Location is ok. Tlemcen is an ancient city and there is no perfect place to be located The city and its environs are well worth visiting but I strongly advise anyone to use a guide. Ideally Cookie who we used through the hotel. The caves, tower, historic mosques are all amazing. We even went to a football match

There’s nothing to like in this place

There’s nothing to like in this place Nice building that’s all Stuff unprofessional specially at reception we had to wait one hour to give us a room even tho we arrived after the check in time frame apparently they were cleaning the room they gave us a wrong room with a wrong views And said you need to pay before you can even see the room We ordered dinner (room service )horrible food you can’t even give it to the dog Uncooked chicken very cold grilled lamb and sick oily fries and the dinner was well overpriced when called reception to complain I was told we will call you back ,never did!!!! We had to leave the trail outside Horrible experience
