The staff is managed by the owners, they are very helpful and friendly, helping always to make you feel comfortable,moreover the structure is very nice , It has a nice garden , full kitchen and various bathrooms , I can only recommend this place for who is looking to rest and be in the middle of the town.

All the staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful with all of our requests. Breakfast was delicious and with many options. The pool and sauna facilities are carefully looked after by the team and are very pleasant to use. Rooms comfortable with lovely views of the garden and a hammock out the front to relax in! We had a very nice 3 days there with two children. The host is kind, and the view is amazing. It is not luxurious, but we had everything, including a mosquito net. It was clean and excellent value for money.

The location has a spectacular view of the side valley of Vilcabamba, giving it a very rural feel. The beds are very comfortable and the private room we stayed in was gigantic for this price and every room we saw had hammocks and other places to enjoy the beautiful garden and view. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, helping connect us to people who could answer our questions when they couldn’t. We will definitely be staying with them again!
