It’s a great location and a beautiful setting. We had breakfast and lunch out in the garden near the hummingbird and tanager birdfeeders, and the birds were so active that I had to keep on jumping up every 45 seconds to take another photo! But what I most appreciated was the extraordinary kindness, generosity, and attentiveness of the owners Patricio and Camila, as well as the rest of the staff. They catered to our every need. Patricio also went above and beyond by helping us with the logistical arrangements for several day trips and tours we took, and Patricio and Camila even personally drove us to at no charge to one of the best local birdwatching sites. I have never felt so warmly received in any commercial establishment in my life, and I would go back in a heartbeat!

everything!.....it is a great location, you are 1km to the town but you are in the middle of a forest!... Tucanes and colibries together with the nice mountain views make you feel like you are within the cloud forest. Breakfast good and served with care. Love the cacao tea! huge room for a great price In summary if you want to feel within the forest but not so far from the town and still pay an affordable price, the temple II should be your choice :).

The property is absolutely stunning - a little paradise! Toucans come to the trees daily and can be watched from the hammocks on the porch. Paola is such a kind host and very helpful with giving advice for activities. It is an easy walk to the town center but far enough removed to feel totally peaceful and remote. The rooms are spacious and you will want to spend as much time as possible on the lovely balcony.
