Everything about our stay was exceptional. The villa (Kaseke) was beautifully designed, private and perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature. The peaceful atmosphere, the forest views and the feeling of being completely immersed in nature made this a truly special experience. The absolute highlight was the view from the villa, especially from the fireplace area. Sitting there in the evening, surrounded by nature, was simply magical. We also appreciated the attention to detail, the quality of the facilities and the overall sense of tranquility. What impressed us most, however, was the staff. Before an early morning trip to Viru Bog, we wanted to have a cup of coffee, but unfortunately there were no black coffee capsules left in the villa and reception had run out as well. We thought we would have to go without coffee, but about 15 minutes later we received a message saying that some capsules had been arranged and would be delivered to our villa. It was such a small thing, yet it perfectly reflected the level of care and hospitality at Maidla. The team genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. Without a doubt, one of the most memorable and unique places we have ever stayed.
