Really nice hotel, big spacious room, good breakfast, free parking after summer season, helpful staff, quiet area

Rooms were very quiet, of course clean, breakfast was excellent. We also had a very good meal for dinner (salmon). Close to the beach and the old town in a short 10 minute walk. Altogether what we expected.

Staff were very accommodating, at the time there was construction going on, and it could be heard from our room, they relocated us to a more quieter room. Breakfast and dinner was great!

This is a special hotel, with a really good location (virtually on the beach). The architecture is unique, and the history of the place very interesting -- nothing is really "ordinary". We found the food to be quite spectacular (there is even ice cream for breakfast!) and the service always efficient, if reserved, as one would expect from Estonian hosts.

Excellent breakfast, 2floor room with superbig bed.

Everyone who stays in the hotel has breakfast included, this means there is no check on who is coming to the breakfast. Children's playroom was very good, kept the kids busy. The view from the room was awesome. The staff was very friendly.

We stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. The building is exceptionally beautiful and full of history, with a very pleasant atmosphere. Spending time in the lobby by the fireplace was especially cozy and warm. Our room was spotless, stylish, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room had everything we needed: slippers, great shower amenities, a coffee machine with capsules, and other thoughtful details. The staff were responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. The hotel also has an outstanding restaurant with several dining rooms, each with its own unique interior design. The food was excellent—breakfast was varied and delicious, including made-to-order hot dishes, and dinner offered a fantastic selection of food and wines. We also celebrated New Year’s Eve at the hotel and it was outstanding—an excellent jazz evening accompanied by a beautifully curated six-course dinner. The waiters were very friendly and attentive, and we truly felt like special guests. It felt like a royal getaway. Thank you!

Awesome SPA zone and festive atmosphere

Prosecco at the breakfast, the style, the location and the comfort of the room. Breakfast is excellent, has everything from porridge to herring, fresh bread, green salad, could not wish more. Live flowers in the lobby and excellent wine bar - how stylish.

The room had everything you could think of - hair dryer, extra toothbrush, coffee machine, toaster... You name it - they have it. Also, the room looked very nice and comfy, like in an old mansion. Great location, right in the city centre. Amazing staff - they provided breakfast an hour before scheduled time in order to accommodate my early check-out.

Hotel placed in the City centre. The building outside looks not such nice, but.... inside it is so nice and comfortable! We came a bit earlier than check-in time and we need to stay in hotel a bit longer than the check-out time, and it was not a problem for us after agreement with the administrator (I think this nice lady is also the owner), and she didn't ask any additional payment from us! Also we were alone these dates in a hotel, but nevertheless everything was clean, it was warm in the room (have to remark the winter time and enough cold outside) we had perfect breakfast and just felt like home!

Frost is spectacular. Service is top notch and the rooms lovely. Breakfast is divine.
