Basic but spacious room. Private bathroom. Room and bathroom were clean. Comfortable bed. There's a big super market 2 minutes away and a gas station right next to the house. I didn't meet the owner but spoke with him on the phone. He was friendly and helpful

This older hotel is a hidden gem- for the price we got a large room with a view of the park- very quiet inside and out- within walking distance of the old historical townsite- nice walk down to the water - 176 steps each way!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the sauna is only open on the weekend so it was not available during our stay. However, the staff were very kind to give us a tour of the sauna area- super clean and very nice- steam room, hot pool, dry sauna- The breakfast was to die for- presented very tastefully- so much to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel

A very affordable, cozy hotel near the Viljandi centrum. Perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was fairly good. Also possible to use the sauna for an extra fee, though I didn't have time to test it out.

Conveniently located on the third floor of the Centrum shopping center, this modern hotel can easily be found in the center of Viljandi.

Front desk staff was very friendly and happy. This is our first time visiting Estonia and the Centrum Hotel was a great place to welcome us here. The breakfast was great and the kind women preparing the food was very attentive and did a great job. The room was amazing and we really enjoyed our time here. If we ever come back to Viljandi we will definitely stay at the Centrum Hotel again.
