Food and the food options were great, restaurant and reception staff were super friendly. The aquapark is really cool. Also it has very nice spots and props for photo-shooting so bring nice clothes with you, we can recommend it. We saw so many sea turtles in Abu Dhabab bay, this place is also quite close to Elphinstone if diving is of interest. Abu Dhabab bay is also amazing place to start diving for kids.

The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression, as did the reef. Our trip began with us forgetting our phone in the taxi, and we want to point out that the hotel manager Sherif noticed that something was wrong just by looking at us—even before we said anything. He asked what had happened and quickly helped to solve this issue. In our experience, such attentiveness is rare. The reef near the hotel is excellent, starting with a convenient pier and continuing with a rich variety of live corals and marine life. There are plenty of turtles, which are very easy to meet. The hotel itself also left a pleasant impression. As a welcome gesture, we received a free room upgrade upon arrival. The restaurants offered excellent food, the room was clean, the internet was good (especially by Egyptian standards), and the bed was comfortable. We honestly can’t think of anything that would have spoiled the experience.

We were celebrating our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, they even surprised us with a beautiful wedding cake, which truly touched our hearts ❤️. The atmosphere at the resort was warm and welcoming. The pool bar team was always friendly and cheerful, making us feel relaxed and cared for. The staff at the restaurant were really amazing, they were so kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. Honestly, every single person working in the hotel restaurants was polite, professional, and genuinely kind. It was a memorable experience from start to finish. We really appreciated how welcoming and helpful the reception team was—they made everything smooth and easy from the moment we arrived. They also served us with a special two lunch boxes when our stay is finished ❤️. Wagdy, in particular, was exceptionally kind and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, every person we met at the resort was polite, professional, and genuinely kind. It was a memorable experience from start to finish.

Excellent resort, highly recommend! The location is great, close to beautiful coral reef where you can see plenty of colourful fish and turtles. Stuff is friendly, kind, hardworking, nobody hustles you for money. Special thanks to waiter Ahmed who was funny and attentive and our room keeper for creating lovely bed decorations. The room was spacious with lots of storage and beautiful view of the sea and gardens. We stayed at 1324, also close to catch the train that takes you to the beach and few minutes walk to the main building or to the swimming pool that offers entertainment during the day. The food was tasty and enough choice, for dinner they were changing the theme from Italian to oriental, sea food etc it was very nice. For lunch you can eat by the pool or on the beach which is also convenient. The gardens are constantly maintained and they look absolutely beautiful. The reception stuff was also very nice and friendly, allowed us to check in earlier and organised packed breakfast on checking out.

I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea...

I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. I will be leaving my review on our experience separately (as it warrants a whole story on its own :))

amazing hotel, we booked it one year before and this year...

amazing hotel, we booked it one year before and this year decided to choose the same one because we like it. it is quite, woth pleasant stuff, everything was perfect. good parking woth a socket to charge, quick check-in, tasty food, additional Italien restaurant. cool beach with rifs and sand to swim at any weather. for sure we will book this hotel for the next trip amd recommend to book it if you planing to spend good time

The day trips were amazing.

The day trips were amazing. Swimming with the dolphins and the sea turtles was phenomenal. The water was crystal clear. It's a great place for diving and snorkeling. It is not so good for people who are active at night because there's isn't much outside of the resort.

Lovely area of the country.

Lovely area of the country. As an American traveling in Egypt I felt very safe. The military has a lot of bases on the coast as it is an international border so safety is not an issue there. We stayed at our resort. There is not a "town" around there, so the resorts are all-inclusive. It is easy to book an excursion on camel or four-wheeler into the desert if you get restless staying put.

Everything was perfect about the hotel. Great location, smiling and helpful staff, amazing room, tasty food, fun activities for kids, lovely bikes to travel in the hotel. Special thank to Mostafa, out friendly assistant, who was always making sure we had everything we need. Efficient, professional and kind! I also recommend the massage, and Tooqa in particular if you like sporty massage. She was better than a doctor for sore muscles.

Everything was amazing!! I spent there wonderful couple of days.
