everything was excellent, especially the cleaniless

Very green and calm area, very large room, private terrace of the room, bidet, swimming pool and of course the friendliness of Luis!

Compared to other hotels it was reasonable. Very clean ,a bit more than basic but has every thing you want except a kettle. Staff exceptional. Happy if all hotels were like this. No not 5 star but 100s cheaper than others in town.

Clean room with large bathroom.

The hotel is absolutely magnificent with an amazing design and a breathtaking view. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, with a state of the art finish, and also offering the unique view on the garden and the sea. A sheer pleasure! The staff is welcoming, professional and kind. The bar outside is spectacular with a great choice of amazing cocktails.

Everything was fantastic, and we really loved our room and enjoyed our stay. The decor was stylish and modern, and we loved how massive the bed was. Spacious room. Great balcony and view. The area was quiet as well, which gave it a nice exclusive feel. Everything felt expensive. The bathroom looked to be travertine. The staff were friendly and helpful, and would order you a taxi with the touch of a button. Old town was a 10-minute taxi ride away. Great stay.

Location ideal for our first leg of a 4 day journey. Stayed there before will stay there again

Originally stayed here 4 weeks ago on trip to the U.K. Enjoyed it so much we stayed again on our return. Excellent staff and facilities. This time we ate in the restaurant, very good and reasonably priced. A little gem. We also upgrade to a suite at very little extra cost.

The place is gem. The owners and the staff are the most welcoming. You Walt in and you immediately feel confortable ans relaxed. The chef Xaxa prepares world class fine dining exclusively for guests with passion. We had a wonderful experience. We will come back!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. We stayed here with our 2 small dogs whilst travelling through from St Malo in France down through France and Spain to the Orihuela Costa. The hotel were fabulous, they really couldn’t accommodate us enough including the dogs. Staff were extremely attentive, the dogs were allowed everywhere which was great, food was exceptional and the room just perfect. I really cannot recommend this place enough. This will be our return point when we drive back home at the end of January. Don’t hesitate to book, you will love it.

Located just beside the bus stop that takes you to the center of San Sebastián, on the 3rd froor of an apartment building, this is hotel is a real gem! Very clean and quiet, freshly renovated and comfortable. It’s not easy to fi d, but the recepcion sends you step by step instructions and a video of how to access the building. The free underground parking is a huge bonus!

The whole place was decorated so beautifully, and you can see how much love and heart these guys put into that hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had everything we needed.

The room was just lovely, very clean and modern with a large bed, beautiful bathroom with an excellent shower. We slept really well. Our hosts were so welcoming, friendly & attentive. The restaurant was lovely, it seemed popular with locals which is always a good sign too. I had steak and chips and the steak was cooked to perfection, my husband had the meatballs which were again cooked perfectly according to my husband. They brought us some tapas which they didn't charge for and our main host stood over us to make sure we finished it, giving us a cheeky grin and wink when we did which was funny. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

The beach is 15 minutes away, the city center is 40 minutes on foot, but public transport is great. If you want to visit the area, the location is great. Parking is paid but not expensive. The breakfast is good, but a bit monotonous.
