We loved Akram as he was so helpful in finding us a car park, helping with the parking ticket machine.. it was Tristhon day & so busy, he was fantastic, we would have been looking still without him!

Friendly & very welcoming

We were happy to store our bio-bicycles in the back of the dining room. The lady at the reception was very helpful! Merci beaucoup! https://www.versoehnungsbund.at/cycling-for-peace-grand-tour/

Personal was very friendly and kind. Especially the cleaning ladies, they were extremely kind with us. All what we asked for, they managed immediately. The room was clean, with comfy beds. The food was excellent. The airconditioning functioned without problem. All in one- Super-A1.

Beautiful hotel in fantastic location.

Staff welcoming, friendly helpful

Quiet, nice staff, very good facilities, good location in getxo and close to the metro station to reach bilbao and its museums

The hotel is at a very good location, especially if you not only plan to visit Bilbao, but also want to travel to other cities, beaches in basque country. Easy and close access to the highways from the hotel. The hotel itself is nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. Train station is closeby-this is what we used to visit downtown of Bilbao.

Beautiful Spanish hotel. So comfortable. 10 mins.to ferry.

Hotel was in a great location to the ferry port. Staff were excellent and waited beyond check-in time for me to arrive. The hotel is quirky and absolutely immaculate! Bonus for the secured and gated parking area! Phenomenal value for money!

Very nice hotel and good value for money. We were just unlucky to stay the night during Labour Day eve, so it was extremely noisy for us. Otherwise its nicely located and the views of the river are very nie.

Very nice receptionist Beds are comfortable Bathroom is great Free parking at the hotel is the best Close proximity to Bilbao city with car

Position, staff and high quality of the Hotel. Super pet friendly

Perfect location for the beach. A short walk into town. Nice bar in the hotel to have breakfast or drinks and enjoy the lovely sea view

Easy to park on the street nearby. Was convenient when arriving by car but nothing much around. 15 minutes drive into the city for everything you could need. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Shower had excellent water pressure. I liked the view over the working port but maybe this is not for everyone.

The staff were amazing. They gave us great information about how to get around and what to see. Nothing was too much trouble.

The location was perfect, and we were were going to the port from trip back to Ireland. Breakfast was fine, badic but perfectly OK. The one person who made our trip was your staff member Chaus. She was fabulous. We were in bilbao Sat night sightseeing , it was lashing rain. We could not get a taxi for 3 hours. When we got back, she gave us water and sandwiches. Which was so kind. Would definitely recommend your hotel

Breakfast and lunch were delicious and beautifully presented. Lovely elegant period house with spacious rooms and a wonderful setting. Staff were very helpful allowing an early check in without fuss, arranging taxis etc. Hope to return in the future.
