The hotel is in a fabulous location in the center of the old town. The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Bilbao. The coffee shop in the lobby has great coffee and there’s a wonderful bakery just a few doors down for breakfast.

Our trip to Bilbao was absolutely magical- truly the best vacation we’ve ever had. And this was so much due to the staff at Hotel Miró. They were incredible. They were so responsive, helped us arrange car trips and a babysitter, and genuinely took care of us whenever we needed anything. We had a family room package and the staff even arranged for some toys for our toddler in the room. I’ve never met a more caring, cohesive staff. This is clearly due to stellar management. Rubén, Esther, Gorka, Bryan, Mamen, they were like family to us. We want to go back just to stay at this gem of a hotel. We genuinely did not want to leave. We are so grateful for the kindness and love these people showed us. The location of this hotel is the best in Bilbao. It is across the street from a gorgeous park with an outdoor little cafe and the famous Guggenheim museum. We walked everywhere. It is indisputably the best hotel in Bilbao.

The shower was phenomenal.. The bed comfortable. The daily complimentary water was very welcoming as we're the free toiletries. Everything in the room worked. The breakfast was fresh and filling. The staff very welcoming and alert. New cutlery would be provided without asking. The breakfast extremely good value? I loved the decor of the breakfast area, being surrounded by shelves upon shelves of antique books. Another plus was that the rooms are totally soundproof. One did not hear anyone or their comings and goings. All in all a very pleasant stay.
