It’s was nice and clean, own rooms, good shower room, bed comfy, ideal for the one night we had and a decent price

First of all the people who run the Madrid Suites are incredible. Madeline was so kind and helpful and really went beyond expectations in every way. Also the staff that cleaned the room were so kind and it was cleaned and restocked to perfection every day. It’s a five star service and makes all the difference. The property itself is luxurious and has everything you could want and nothing needs improvement as it’s so comfortable and stylish. Best property I have stayed in on booking.com and I am a genius level 3 member so travel a lot

15 mins away from Madrid centre. Loads of restaurants around the hotel. Staff wonderful

Amazing stay, lovely room, very clean and spacious. The location is veeeery convenient right on the metro and close to nice neighbourhoods on foot. Very well connected to the airport and all main attractions. I will definitely go back there next time I visit Madrid. I didn't try breakfast, but there are nice options nearby.

Very central, perfect location, close to main Gran Via to all shops and to Palacio Real and Almudena cathedral. The room had all facilities and very clean. Very good buffet breakfast.

Great location, very comfortable bed

The room was clean and tidy. Quite basic and small, but enough. It's quite a large building....a rabbit warren. You need a car to get here....although there are some bus stops not too far away. Good for school groups (of which there was one staying). We were accommodated on a different corridor from the children luckily! :) Didn't see (or hear) them at all.
