The staff at the reception were very friendly and always ready to help. We had a small issue with the bathroom, and they fixed it right away. The underground garage was perfect for parking our motorcycle safely. In the lobby, there are vending machines with snacks and drinks at great prices. You can grab a Coca-Cola for just 1 EUR or water for even less. They also offer toast, sweet and salty snacks, sandwiches, and other quick bites. The air conditioning worked great for both heating and cooling. There was a large Smart TV, and everything was peaceful and quiet. It’s a comfortable place that I would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay in the hillsides just above San Sebastián (15 mins by car). Great views of the city from the deck. This place has a shared kitchen and a communal dining/living area. Pet friendly (20 euros per pet). You’re surrounded by apple trees, farmland, chickens, and horses. Also, the El Camino trail passes directly in front of this place! Highly recommend!

The price was below what we would pay for a budget motel in the US. However, this was a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was a full spread of meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, smoked salmon, omelets to order and a wide selection of coffees. It was not downtown, but my wife and I love to walk and easily made the 4 km walk into town on a daily basis. Once, we caught the bus which was super convenient, as many bus routes go to the hospital, which is next door to the hotel.

Good value of money. Quiet comfortable and staffs are very accomodating. We did enjoy Our stay. Maybe if they have other choices for breakfast everything will be perfect😊location is also good. Not far not close but accessible to the nearest bus stop.

The impressions of staying at the hotel are positive. Ciear private shower. Breakfast is typical Spanish coffee, biscuit, butter, jam. I asked for something not sweet and the hostess treated me to jamon and kindly made sandwiches to go. This is a quiet cozy place in the mountains with a beautiful view. By car it takes 25 minutes to reach San Sebastian. It will be difficult without a car.

VERY CLEAN AND WELL PRESENTED ROOM. SITUATED BETWEEN A BAR AND COMMERCIAL GARAGE SO FOLLOW YOUR SATNAV TO THE LETTER! CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS TO RETRIEVE KEYS. HOTEL WAS DECORATED WITH PICTURES THAT SET IT APART FROM OTHER PLACES. BECOOL AND INVITING.D VERY COMFY ROOM. WE DID NOT GO TO BEACH BUT IT IS IN WALKING DISTANCE. BAR NEXT DOOR SERVES FABULOUS FOOD.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. Very comfortable and stylish rooms. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Safe storage for my bicycle. Thoughtful touches like nibbles and tea/coffee for when reception was closed. The breakfast was exceptional!

Friendly and helpful staff, easy to check in even out of hours. Good amenities in the hotel and the rooms. Bed was very comfortable and shower was nice and hot and very clean. Air con made the room comfortable to sleep.
