This was without a doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a very long time. Everything was outstanding: the cleanliness, the location, and most importantly, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A special thank you goes to Ramon, who was truly the best hotel employee we have ever met. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He took the time to personally recommend places we should visit and helped us with anything we needed throughout our trip. On my birthday, he even surprised us by opening a bottle of champagne on the rooftop, which made the occasion incredibly special. It is clear that he genuinely loves his job, and we were truly impressed by his dedication and kindness. We would also like to thank Alex from the reception team, who was always very helpful and welcoming. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. When we return to Barcelona, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
