The location is amazing for when you are traveling by car. There is a private parking free of charge, we arrived very late (4am) and they were understanding and helpful. The room is perfect, clean and free water in the mini fridge. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice rooms, good location just next to the train station, friendly staff and excelent value for the money. For a solo traveller, this is the best you can get for the money. The owner was flexible with check-in time and also kept the bags last days since I had a late flight.

The welcome was super kind, our room was upgraded, the hotel is modern and has a very positive vibe, very clean. The location is the best, next to the city’s main attraction and the big park. The design of the hotel is excellent. Everything looks very beautiful and cozy. The white bed sheets were very clean and fresh, and the bathroom looked modern and nice. The air conditioning works very well. In the evening, it was pleasant to turn it on for some warmth. The room has a coffee machine with capsules, a kettle, and tea bags. There is also a place downstairs where you can have coffee and tea, which is very convenient. A special thank you to the staff. They were very polite and friendly. They speak English very well, so it was easy to communicate. They also supported my wish to practice Spanish, which I really appreciated. Thank you very much for that!

The staff was great! Everyone was polite and willing to help. They treated us very kindly and despite we arrived before the check in they allowed us to leave the luggage. In addition, they gave us instructions on what we could do until then, all with kindness and sympathy. The room was quite spacious and cozy. The shower was phenomenal, the mattress was great. And as for the cleaning, I'm like Monica from Friends, it was above expectations. Without a doubt we will love to repeat, I highly recommend it.
