The staff were very helpful and very kind. Excellent customer service and support from Sandy (Receptionist). Guillén in the Restaurant always welcomed us with a lovely smile and he was always happy to accommodate our requests. Thanks to everyone for making our holiday a memorable experience.

Perfect stay. Comfortable and peaceful room and a very nice staff!!! it's best if you have a way of transport. If not Mao is a 20m 30m walk and 20m walk to Es Castell.

Perfect stay, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Great Location in a typical quarter nearby a very nice harbour. Restaurants, supermarket and bakery all around the corner. We loved it. Highly recommanded!

A quite place in a great location (car necessary). Thanks to the precious advice of Daniele and Silvia I discovered the beautiful island in a week, including spots kept secret. Ate every night, delicious food. Very nice place, highly recommended.

Everything was so professional from the reception staff to the leisure team,the restaurant staff and the cleaning team. Everyone played their part in making this an excellent holiday destination. The bar was very efficient with very friendly staff with lots of space to chill out The restaurant provided a very good quality and varied food for all tastes.

Needs updating and generally fixing back to the standard it probably once was. Overall it was good but I wouldn't rate 5* as suggested, there are better 4* places that I've stayed

We loved everything about this place: the gorgeous compound, the great and attentive staff, the various large and open pools, the delicious breakfast buffet, the wonderful room with it’s private terrace and the lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea (mostly from the amazing rooftop bar).

The gardens are beautiful and the staff was wonderful. A big plus was that i could bring my dog although they didn’t provide any dog bowls or bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Son Granot Hotel Rural and would happily return. The hotel is in a quiet, secluded location, perfect for travellers looking for relaxation and a slower pace. Our room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the whole property has a lovely atmosphere and aesthetic. The pool area is excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly, attentive and helpful. We did not have a car, but managed well: we could walk to nearby Es Castell for restaurants and shops, and used taxis to reach beaches and other parts of the island. Overall, we would highly recommend Son Granot to anyone looking for an atmospheric and beautifully kept place to stay in Menorca.

The location of the hotel was perfect for Mahon, room was fine we did not get a double bed but it was OK. Breakfast was not included but we tried it the first day and decided it was worth it for the remainder of the stay
