Lovely villa with everything that you need for a comfortable holiday. The pool area & gardens are stunning, especially at night & the roof terrace is fabulous for star gazing. The local villa management company are excellent too, providing detailed information from booking through to check out. They were quick to respond to an issue with the pool too & the change of towels mid week & the welcome cake were nice touches. The resident tortoise was lovely as well.

Beautiful, clean and spacious property, excellent location near shops and restaurants but quiet and secluded. Host was very helpful and friendly. Pool and outdoor areas were exceptional.

Everything. What a relief after the horror of the Pierre & Vacances resort on the cliff. Friendly, simple, wonderful place. And actually inside the reconstructed fisher village. The front desk man was a sweetheart and the room was wonderful, and unlike at the Pierre & Vacances, its bathroom (including large bath and bidet) did not try to kill me with flooding, slippery tiles or water dripping through the lights. It was great and the shower has the kind of pressure you say "yes, sir!" to. Wish I had booked here in the first place, but foolishly assumed the P&V Eden would be as wonderful as the original Eden hotel in 2003 (it's not, it's a disaster as a hotel -- great spot for a lounge restaurant and some pools, but not a hotel). I was wary of staying in the tourist attraction of the village, but the little alleys containing the guest accommodations are roped off at night and all is very peaceful. It's a gem.

The location was perfect, area very quiet (which is what we wanted) All the facilities you need to enjoy a great holiday Pool had a heat pump fitted which took the chill off and was very clean.

Wonderful stay. Amenities and the size of the room. Location on the top of the hill, quiet residential area and the scenery from the balcony was superb. Great personell, always friendly from housekeeping to bar to reception, no sad faces. Loved everything. Always fresh towels by the pool. Happy hour from 6-7!(2 drinks for 1 price)

Binibeca Vell is a picturesque village and a very popular...

Binibeca Vell is a picturesque village and a very popular tourist attraction and it can get very busy during the day not that takes anything away from it. There are plenty of restaurants in and around the area to suit most tastes. There is no beach in Binibeca but there are two beaches about 2k from the village, one in Binibeca Nou and the other in Cala Binisafúller. There is a road train thar runs from Binibeca Vell to Punta Prima about every hour which is very handy.

Looked nice from the outside but was cramped and stuffy.

Looked nice from the outside but was cramped and stuffy. The bathroom had a window which looked straight through to a bathroom in another apartment. Very disconcerting. The balcony had no privacy. We stayed one night. Any more would have been purgatory. However reception was wonderful! Walking around was also quite pleasant. I would not return.

It's just lovely.

It's just lovely. But I don't want it spoiled by hordes of other travellers, so I'm not saying anything, Just don't under any circumstances stay at the Pierre & Vacances resort on the cliff overlooking Binibeca Vell -- it's run by a short little guardia-civil wannabe gym-addicted Basil Fawlty on steroids with delusions of grandeur and his catatonic French "ordinateur dit non" manager. He's borderline psychotic and she's worse than useless. Pierre & Vacances will be receiving a substantial letter of complaint, and perhaps a court summons, very soon in regards to their actions. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Stay in one of the rooms in the reconstructed fishermen's village instead, and go to dinner at the P&V if you like. The wait staff are amazing, and DJ Fede spins lovely tunes at sunset.

Beautiful setting, reasonable supermarket nearby. Next2 better value than Spar. Lovely beach 15-20 mins walk. Excellent fish restaurant 2 mins walk. Other restaurants in centre ok . Need a car to get around as apart from beach, little else to do in village. Excellent lunch at the Bodega in St Llouis.

The town is gorgeous.

The town is gorgeous. Loved walking round the crazy little streets and going for little swims in the nearby coves. There are some nice bars and restaurants (the best was bambü where they are so lovely with great food and an amazing view of the sunset. Make sure you book in advance) The town is a bit cut off and menorca is a hard place to get a taxi sometimes, so rent a car or grab the bus to Mahon (or mao as it’s called on the timetables) and you can get cheap busses anywhere from there. We discovered this a bit late in the holiday, but still enjoyed every day all the same. Just got home today and missing it already.

We know Binibeca quite well and like the informal relaxed...

We know Binibeca quite well and like the informal relaxed feel of the place. There are one or two good restaurants and a couple of small shops. There is a very good supermarket for self-catering visitors. There isn't a sandy beach in the village itself but there are areas accessible for swimming. Beware the jellyfish though - during our stay in September we saw a lot, unfortunately.

Lovely Villa in a great location over looking the sea. Beautiful views of Binibeca and surrounding scenery. Loved the roof terrace and summer room for relaxation on the few days when the weather wasn't as good. Villa in a very peaceful area, local restaurant within 2 mins walk is amazing, highly recommend, be sure to reserve a table in advance. Very clean villa and pool with everything you need for a perfect vacation.

The perfect little villa for our relaxing holiday. A 5 minute walk to local bars/restaurants on the seafront and a supermarket and a 25 minute walk to Binibeca Vell which was a gorgeous town. Very close to a sand beach. Villa pool was beautiful and we used it every day. Hosts were amazing and let us use the facilities until the evening of the day we checked out. Would definitely recommend.

Good location easy walk to Binibeca Vell, the beach and also coves to swim in. Lovely pool, garden and outside dining + BBQ. Good air conditioning in bedrooms and the villa is a good size - 5 of us did not feel at all cramped. Would happily go back to this villa

We spent two nights in this hotel. We enjoyed our room with gorgeous sea view as the staff accessed to our request. We used one of the swimming pools, which is very pleasant. And, the breakfast is delicious.
