The hotel upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the town and the port. The hotel provided complimentary beach and pool towels. The pool was supervised by a lifeguard. The receptionist arranged a taxi to the airport for us at a very reasonable price. I had found prices online that were almost twice as high. Early check-out was not an issue.
