Very good location and friendly staff

Breakfast was excellent ,great choice of food and we have been to the same hotel for around 9 years and are made most welcome

The sea is just a 5-minute walk away, with a wide and clean beach. Everything you need is nearby: shops, a pharmacy, restaurants, and the resort center. The Mercadona supermarket is about a 15-minute walk. The hotel has a jacuzzi and a pool, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Meals were excellent — both breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied, with many traditional Spanish dishes. Everything was fresh and tasty. The menu changed regularly, so nothing felt repetitive. Drinks are not included: a 1.5L bottle of water costs €3, and a glass of wine or beer is also around €3. The staff were amazing — always friendly and ready to help. A special thanks to Veronika at the reception — a lovely and professional lady who helped us solve all our questions. We definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Lovely hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and the food was outstanding for a buffet there was a theme every night Spanish, Italian, Mexican etc and the selection was amazing so delicious too really impressed! Location could not have been closer to the beach and the air con was brilliant. Will definitely be back

Best value for money, definitely. Very close to the beach (2-3 minutes walking), but also nice indoor and outdoor pools available so you can choose what you want. Great food (we paid for breakfast, but on check-in they said we also get dinner!). Some of the facilities seem to be a bit older, but very clean and in good shape. There is daily and evening entertainment for children and adults as well (we were with a 8 year old and a 5 year old, and they loved it there). WiFi was ok, it was losing signal here and there, but we bought a cheap SIM card with a lot of data so it wasn't needed. I felt parking was a bit expensive for me (17€ a day), so I parked on the streets nearby (6€ daily, and if you pay in advance for several days it gets a lot cheaper). City is nice, and there are cool things to do and see around the Costa brava area. With a car, it takes about an hour to Barcelona, people say there are trains and buses, we didn't use them so I can't say. The room is a little basic, but we spent very little time in it so it is irrelevant, it was cleaned thoroughly and daily. Bathroom is nice, terrace too. There is no mini fridge in the room, some people might find that info useful.

Everything was perfect.The reception staff was very helpfull, the room was clean and big,You can relax on the balcony, The beach is very close.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful and relaxing, with a clean and well-maintained environment. The surrounding nature is beautiful, and the service was excellent.

I have travelled a lot and I can say this is definitely my favourite place I’ve ever stayed!! Yes it’s a bold statement but the comfort this place provided my friend and I was perfect. The staff were the kindest & the location was perfect. I would definitely come back if I’m ever in town again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a lovely sea view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, well-equipped with shampoo and a hairdryer, and the shower had great water pressure. The housekeeping was outstanding. Our room was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels daily, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent. Although the selection was mostly the same each morning, there was a good variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. Another big advantage was the location. Fanels Beach is just a short walk from the hotel and is absolutely beautiful—wide, well-maintained, and with crystal-clear water. The town center is about a 10-minute walk away. There is a short uphill section on the way back, but we didn’t find it difficult at all. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.
