Amazingly helpful and kind staff who made the stay very special and comfortable, and gave lots of advice on things to see in the area. The hotel is beautiful and stylish, and the room was incredibly cosy and comfortable with its own jacuzzi bathtub and views of the hills behind the hotel. The hotel restaurant with views over Bermeo and the sea served the most delicious food we ate throughout our whole holiday.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was simply perfect — the property is absolutely new, modern, and very comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly and speaks English, which makes the whole experience even smoother and more welcoming.
