This hotel is located in the Pyrenees of Aragon, at an altitude of 5.1 feet, right in the center of Candanchú ski station. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Cozy mountain hotel, quiet room, very good facilities and service. Quality food at the restaurant.
Hotel Tobazo is a mountain hotel located in Candanchú (Huesca) at an altitude of 5 feet to enjoy the snow in winter and the nature of the Aragonese and French Pyrenees in summer. amazing and friendly staff who went out their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable, not only giving a free room upgrade but also giving so much good advice on what to do and where and how. Happy to give vegetarian options and even specially made the local dish meat free. Also very flexible with us and our slow and changing decisions around whether to stay longer due to incoming storm (we were walking the GR11 and ended up having two rest days here!) so could not recommend more.
Apartamentos Pirineos Rent is just 984 feet from the ski elevators in Aragon’s Candanchú Ski Resort. The view was stunning. Communication was great. Also the location - you could start hiking directly from your apartment. The parking was free in a garage under the building. Although not stated in the description, the apartment had WiFi, which worked great.
Offering free WiFi and garden views, Apartamento El sarrio is a property located in Candanchú. The host is amazing, we got full support via WhatsApp during all the time of our stay. The apartment is cozy, has utensils and fully equipped kitchen. The loudspeakers in the ceiling are really great idea, and create lovely atmosphere. Apartment was clean and warm.
Great for families with children or beginners in general. Lots of offer for beginners and also good for advanced skiers, but beginners have a big separate area that is very safe for first times. Also, excellent teachers at the Escuela de Esquí Candanchu. They are very good with children. If you are looking for lively apres-ski, better to stay in Jaca. However, Candanchu is the perfect place to avoid hassle in the morning, right by the slopes, good facilities and fun. You can pop down to Jaca in the evenings if looking for other activities (ice skating, visiting the Citadelle, the cathedral, good restaurants, etc).
We liked everything room was upgraded free of charge staff are very good breakfast was very good evening meal was excellent with a varied menu We would certainly recommend this hotel Because of the pandemic some hotels were closed the ski lift was closed although no snow a sightseeing trip on one would have been good
Total tranquility. The locals were all real friendly. I’m a peregrino and in Spain almost everywhere pilgrims are treated well but here you felt like you were not passing through but part of the town.
I enjoyed the rich character and ambiance of this hotel. Public areas had several seating areas, a nice cozy bar area and a spacious restaurant. Not the most luxury rooms but comfortable and matching with the surroundings of the mountains. The evening meal had a nice choice and was very tasty with large portions. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I certainly would come back when being in this area again.
The rooms we were in have been clean - so overall ok. But in total, the hotel needs some refurbishment as some of the Interieur is pretty “used”, e.g. doors to the balcony were hard to open and close. This hotel has definitely seen better days. Staff was very friendly and we could lock our bicycles in their garage.
Beautiful, traditional mountain hotel, located right next to ski slopes and close to the start of many hiking routes. The super kind staff, the well equipped rooms, the views from the room, the breakfast buffet, even the picnic bag that can be ordered for a hiking day, everything was fantastic!
