Candas was beautiful with a vibrant nightlife.
Candas was beautiful with a vibrant nightlife. It is a very pretty city to walk about, although steep in places. They have some interesting artwork sprinkled throughout and the areas to swim are very accessible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Candás. There was a wonderful variety to the landscape with great walks to be had in the town , at the sea front and on the coast at either side of the town. It had lovely little boutiques ,restaurants and bakeries as well as an efficient modern tourist information office. The people working in the bars and restaurants, supermarkets and shops were all most helpful. It is a very well kept , relaxing and welcoming place .

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Quiet area but short walk to bars and restaurants. Hosts were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The buffet breakfast was not available as there were too few guests staying but the team prepared cooked breakfasts for us, which was lovely.
Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The water temperature & pressure in the shower were amazing especially after a long day on our motorbike.
Would definitely recommend and stay in this hotel again.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Hotels are always stuffy, hot, cold or noisy. There are always some problems.
I didn't find any problems at Puerto de Candás :) The room was very quiet, spacious and had a great view of the sea. The temperature was perfect, all the amenities worked correctly.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and speak English. The rooms are very clean (although need some renovation).
The huge hydromassage bath will definitely make me come back! :)

It was great to have the chance to stay in a more traditional Spanish town house.
Candas is a very nice small coastal town with excellent beaches,restaurants and public transport. The waiters in the restaurants were the best at service and entertaining you.
Carmen was an excellent host.
Very close to shops and restraurants.
We had an excellent holiday in beautiful Asturias

The staff were very friendly and helpful. One helped me with translation when my car broke down.
Great location overlooking the sea and harbour. Literally across the road to the beach. I fell in love with Candás and stayed an extra two nights.
