The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice

From a lovely welcome at reception, all went well. This is a modern hotel, but not new. That said, it is still in excellent condition which is a tribute to its staff. The room was big and comfortable, and the breakfast excellent, but, above all, it was the relaxed friendliness of the staff which made our stay there so agreeable.

The hotel has its own parking garage, a great advantage in the historic city.

Very friendly staff. Little English, enough to get by. Hard to find but with help from a taxi driver we found it and were lucky to find a parking spot out front.

Such a friendly and helpful lady who goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Very good breakfast as well. The accomodation is simple but checks all the boxes with regard to price versus quality.

Fantastic location, walking distance to town. Our room was more like a small apartment, very comfortable with the AC too. Right next to the pool and dog friendly. Very quiet relaxing stay. We also ordered takeaway from the restaurant for lunch! Great idea 👍

Amazing location, nestled in the mountains

A very quiet location, where you could hear the birds singing. The consumables were high quality. Options were offered for checkin outside the business hours. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is available upon request, and the quality is good.

First we booked to stay here for 2 nights then we extended our stay another night. Luis, the manager of this hotel is so attentive, friendly and helpful. When we needed his help for an unfortunate event, he came to help us immediately. We were really thankful for his help. The hotel has a nice view. It is comfortable room for a rural area. The location is good. We could drive up the Borosa River to make our trekking easily. We would definitely come back and to stay here again.

The only negative is that we didn’t stay long enough! Everything about this place was perfection, from the hotel, views, room, staff, even the food we ate for dinner and breakfast was perfect. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect and relax, this is it. Note: you’ll need a car to travel anywhere from the hotel but the stay is worth it.
