Staying in Comillas felt like a Camino upgrade! We had a beautiful house by the sea — waking up to the sound of waves and ending the day with ocean views was just surreal. The town itself is stunning, full of character, with Gaudí architecture, charming streets, and a super relaxed vibe. It was the perfect blend of rest, beauty, and seaside magic. One of those places you secretly wish you could stay an extra day… or three. Absolute heaven!

This rural hotel is just off the Camino del Norte. It’s in a beautiful location. Our hosts could not have been more helpful. When they realized that we had not eaten dinner they prepared a delicious meal even though it was Sunday evening and we were a last minute booking.

A great place to stay while on the Norte. Close to the beach. The food at the restaurant was great and wonderful atmosphere to watch the world cup final.

Great view from the front of the hotel, especially if you have a room with a balcony. Convenient walking distance to the town center, bus station, restaurants, etc. Long walk or short taxi ride to the popular nearby beaches. Hosts were extremely friendly and hospitable. Convenient continental breakfast available daily.

Elevator, nice room and bed. Market and restaurants/ bars nearby. Nice staff.
