The lady that staffed the front desk was friendly and gave some excellent suggestions of places to eat in the area. The location is great- cobblestone streets just off the main Paseo- you couldn't ask for better!

The receptionist offered to change our room from twin beds to a king size bed upon arrival. We greatly appreciated her consideration to make it easier to look after our baby.

it is a quiet place to have time for relaxation ... esp. if you wanted to see the beauty of Cieza during La Floracion, blooming season of Melocoton flower. The people was too friendly and more informative.
Extremely clean and very comfortable hotel in the heart of Cieza. Wonderful pleasant staff made us feel very welcome and explained the history of the hotel. Rooms are tastefully designed with lovely comfy beds and pillows. We had an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony and a very restful stay. We are already looking forward to coming back.
Using this space for more dislikes.
Breakfast was not available, even though the leaflet in the room said that breakfast was available for 5 euro per person.
We paid for a superior room with mountain view. We were at the front of the hotel, hearing traffic on a cobbled street.
The view to the mountains was lovely. The hotel was spotlessly clean, friendly staff, very quiet, great room, beautiful building and situated near lots of bars and restaurants. Loved the town too.
The location was really amazing, at the center of the city and view mountains. It's not the first time and won't be the last time I come to Hotel San Sebastián. Recommended.
