The gym facilities were exceptional, the family room was huge and had all we needed, breakfast was fantastic and staff super nice.

Very good quality hotel. From the window, the view south of Santiago is beautiful. There is also a small balcony opening from the room, which is enough here for you to enjoy this view. Broad range and delicious of the selection for breakfast. Very friendly, warm and helpful staff. The bed is especially comfortable and very large. Quality bathroom that is constantly kept clean by staff. Nice pool.

Great location for bus and train stations and not far from the cathedral. Friendly staff and very well run.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The initiative to cut down on replacing towels and cleaning is very interesting.

The property is super clean, including the rooms. The rooms are a nice cool temperature and the beds are fantastic. Best sleep I’ve had in weeks, including after a week on the Camino! The rain shower is also such a luxury if you’ve just finishing your Camino. The staff are friendly and nice. The location is super convenient to the main attractions and the value is phenomenal. Overall, I found the noise level quite low.

I was in a quiet and safe area. It is far from the crowd of touristy areas but 25-30 min walking distance to old town and Cathedral Santiago. The staff were friendly. The room was clean.
