Reception was very friendly, welcoming and explained everything we needed to know clearly. Breakfast was a welcome bonus that we didn’t expect and found out about as we checked in. It was tasty and good value. Room and bed were comfortable and the in room coffee machine was great. The hotel also took delivery of a suitcase for us which was very helpful.

Very close to the airport bus stop and the train station with 24-hour reception, it's neat and very clean. Flew in to Santiago late in the evening with a train to catch the next morning it was basic but meet my needs perfectly.

The property is super clean, including the rooms. The rooms are a nice cool temperature and the beds are fantastic. Best sleep I’ve had in weeks, including after a week on the Camino! The rain shower is also such a luxury if you’ve just finishing your Camino. The staff are friendly and nice. The location is super convenient to the main attractions and the value is phenomenal. Overall, I found the noise level quite low.

The room and bathroom were super clean. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Bus stop next to the hotel, but we loved walking everyday to the old town aprox 30 min.

Marissa at the front desk was awesome. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel, but had to check out each morning because we made the reservations at different times and through different booking agents. She took care of us each day by safeguarding our luggage and moving our luggage to our new room once it was ready. She also provided valuable information on sights to see in Santiago. The buffet breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was only a 9 min walk from the Cathedral.

Great location! Close to the Cathedral in the old town. Lots of shops and restaurants. Easy check-in. Very accommodating.

Excellent stay in Santiago! Super cozy and quiet hotel very close to the Oficina de Peregrinos. Comfy bed, good shower, good breakfast, unique atmosphere. All all is perfect there. Inside the hotel is much more beautiful than photos! I recommend it! My next time in Santiago will be again there! 10/10 is not enough to describe…
