Very good hotel option for flight layovers. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Perfect for guest traveling by car (10min. drive to Barajas Madrid airport without traffic). This hotel is not close to the airport but it is located in a nice neighborhood with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Good value.

The overall experience was perfect. I arrived late to the hotel, and it took me around 10 minutes from the airport to the hotel. There was a great welcome, an easy check-in, and pleasant and accommodating staff. The room was clean and quiet. I took the shuttle at 08:30 am (after registering the day before) to Terminal 4. In 15 minutes I was there. A great experience. Glad I chose this hotel.

We did not have breakfast at the Hostel, but we did enjoy a lovely dinner there. Our server went above and beyond in his attempts to help us understand the menu, as we were unable to read Spanish. The meal was ample and quite tasty. The bartender's English was impeccable, and he went out of his way to ensure that our brief one-night visit was an excellent experience. We fully enjoyed our experience. Our very small room was well-equipped with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a closet, a bedside table, and a desk and chair. It was also decorated very stylishly. It would not have served us well for a longer stay due to its small size, but it was perfect for what we wanted for one night.

Very difficult to close the entry door quietly.

Very difficult to close the entry door quietly. No Kleenex in bathroom. Had to ask for toilet paper. Very quiet room. Liked the ability to open the window. Front desk staff very pleasant and accommodating.

Good location, short walk to the Coslada Metro station.

Good location, short walk to the Coslada Metro station. We found some Kebab place around the corner, the best and cheapest kebab I've had. No UBER was working in the area at midnight. If you have a car, park it at or around the Metropolitano Metro station. There you can use Zone 1 tickets to take the Metro downtown.

This is by far the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in.

This is by far the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in. Exceptionally friendly service, breakfast was good, free shuttle to and from the airport. Room was clean and very modern, like they just renovated. It is the perfect place to spend the nights if you don't care at all about being located within walking distance of anything. The only thing that really bothered me was the fitness center. I specifically picked a hotel with a fitness center and it was missing a few weights and the butterfly machine wasn't working well. But I don't think this is relevant for most people. I was always the only one there and I found ways to work around it.

We were welcomed by Francisco who explained to us clearly how the whole structure works, with professionalism and cordiality, very helpful, truly an exquisite person together with all the staff we will definitely come again for the next trips to the Madrid Coslada area, everything well managed and above all you have everything nearby.

The hotel is well located, close to the train station. The staff is very helpful and supportive. The room is quiet, clean, the bed is comfortable. There are coffee shops close to the hotel and places for a quick breakfast (if decided not to eat in the hotel). Good value for money, recommend.
