the hotel is beautifully built, every detail in its place and made very comfortably. The spa area is small and tranquil and we enjoyed the room with the elegant bathroom a lot. Literally on the beach, with great restaurant views & excellent food. They left palettes and a ball to play on the beach and were so helpful with parking

It was an amazing stay on our Camino, the quiet rural location, comfy room, friendliness of the hosts etc are as good as the other reviews say but I'd like to highlight the dinner that you can get at the property restaurant: the meat we had was probably the best we had on our whole trip! The breakfast is probably amazing too but it starts at 8:00, which was a little late for us.

Super clean property and very spacious. The location is also great with views on mountains and sea. We had the chance of sunny weather with lovely landscape to enjoy. The hosts are just exemplary, extremely responsive if needed, but at the same time very discreet. Recommended place.

Zumaia is a famous place for wild nature and relatively high waves. The hotel is located on on of the most beautiful places, the beach is 2 walking minutes away. The view from the room windows is dierctly to the ocean and hils located near by. The city is small (achievable in around 5-7 minutes by walking). If you would like to be alone in the nature, in 10 minutes you will find peacefull place around. It is a paradise to those who like wild nature and small beaches. The water boiler was inside the room (tee and coffee available as well), additional bonus point. The hotel is also very flexible: if you do not need havy breakfest, you could take a very good coffee from the bar and some cake. You also reserve dinner at the hotel (which is tasty and inexpensive) . If you travelling by car, there is free private parking space at the hotel (another very big plus)

The apartment was exceptionally clean & spacious, comfy beds and in the centre of the village. Although we didn’t use them as our stay was only overnight & quite rushed, the host left essentials i.e. coffee, milk & a few slices of bread etc which would have been really useful. Communication was excellent. Check in was excellent. Parking was easy. All in all, it couldn’t have been any better.

Nice town square for having a coffee / beer / food after a...

Nice town square for having a coffee / beer / food after a tough days walking. Beach a few mins walk away and ideal for a swim. Train station right in centre of town and we used a taxi to ferry us to and from our hotel.

Lovely location, a short walk of the Camino but had a link path down to Deba to pick the Camino up again. A very relaxing venue with a lovely restaurant serving very tasty local beef.

Location of Albergue is beautiful, however, be aware, if you are walking the Camino, it is a 2 hour walk from Deba. Staff were brilliant, very helpful.
