Outstanding in all perspectives. Friendly staff, nice and clean room, very good bed, nice and functional bathroom with rain shower, just sumptuous breakfast with freshly pressed orange juice, cakes, croissants, eggs cooked at your desire. Clearly this hotel's management know what they are doing.

This is a lovely and cozy hotel decorated in bright, cheerful colors, with beautiful paintings on the walls. The atmosphere feels truly magical — like stepping into a little fairytale. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. Highly recommended!

We were greeted by a very helpful member of staff on arrival called Martin who spoke excellent English. He was very helpful in every respect with a pleasant, courteous manner. Would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future. Decor was very tastefully done, we had a lovely meal, comfortable bed, great shower . Couldn't fault anything , superb 😊

So so much! the staff were so helpful and friendly ! The room was clean and tidy and had a great view of the street where everything continued through San Fermin. Comfortable beds, great location and just enough out of the crazy action yet so much still going on all the time. Probably a 5 min walk to all the main things for San Fermin. A convenience store/supermarket just downstairs also a great bar that was lively. A huge thank you to the lovely staff who welcomed us and made our stay special!

The staff spoke fluent English and even let us switch to a room with single beds. The room itself was a typical modern hotel room—efficient with space, clean, and everything was in perfect working order. The hotel has parking in the front and back, and we were able to park our motorcycles without any issues. However, the lot was already quite full, so I can see how it might be tricky to find a spot if you arrive late in the evening. The breakfast was by far the best part of the stay. It was a buffet that was on par with the quality I've experienced on business trips in Germany. They finally had eggs and bacon, and the orange juice was excellent. I would definitely come back again one day.
