One of the best hotels we’ve ever been to. We were looking for authentic quiet place to relax and this one is above all expectations! Incredibly beautiful, new interior is amazing, tasty food, nice views! Very kind staff, very close to Andorra to drive.

Everything! Our host, Pilar, was wonderful. She communicated in advance asking how she could help etc. The drive from the highway is sooo worth it. The property is located on the outside edge of the village so you have an amazing view of the valley for miles and miles. We had left our window and blinds open that night and awoke to see all the stars shining in the sky! Lots of places to walk about to explore and enjoy. The quiet and serenity of this location is mesmerizing. Our room was comfortable and had what we needed. Bed linens and towels were included! There is an absolute wonderful restaurant located only a couple of minutes walk away. Our breakfast was delicious and enjoyed.

Perfect staff We booked late and arrived at 11:00, they opened and checked us in with a smile.

The location and the hotel is perfect. I have been coming for a long time, and I will repeat in the future.

A wonderful stay in an older style hotel, full of charm and hospitality. I liked that there was a quiet room for guests to use and the terrace at the front of the hotel was perfect for an evening drink on a hot summer’s night. Thankyou to our lovely host Alphonse who was so welcoming and helpful. We had one of the bigger rooms, it was delightful and had a lovely bathroom. We had a secure place to store our bicycles and were able to wash them in the courtyard.

Breakfast included hot prepared egg dish. Many options. Parking available and restaurant onsite.

We had the room with big bathtub and it is stunning! Rustic but modern, loved it! Carmen is very sweet and will be there for you. Breakfast is a must, quality for price is very good.

Balcony with a nice view. Elevator/Lift. Comfortable and quiet location. Good restaurant downstairs.

I loved Hotel El Castell de Ciutat. Located on top of a hill it has great views of the city below. Lovely public rooms and a beautiful breakfast room, eating either inside or on the terrace. It also has a restaurant on site. Our room was a suite and it was spacious, bright and clean. Huge bathroom, double sinks, separate WC with bidet, walk in shower, and a bathtub with shower. The suite was big enough for a king bed and living room furniture. It also featured a large wraparound terrace with furniture. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff were friendly and helpful. They had a large room within the hotel to securely park our bicycles. This was a great stay.

Beautiful view from the hotel room and a very clean and gorgeous hotel with a lovely outdoor swimming pool. At first we had a room without a mountain view and we really wanted the view and it was so worth it to change! , It was stunning. The receptionist was very accommodating allowing us to change rooms and at a very reasonable price. Beautiful location and met the friendly local cat as well ☺️. The room was so gorgeous and peaceful overlooking everything. I wish we had stayed longer.
