With sea views, Cabañas Fisterra is located in Fisterra and has accommodations with a kitchen. Free WiFi is available. The view, the room, the shower pressure, the hosts, the food, it was all so good. Choosing Cabanas Fisterra was perfect. We sat in the room's hot tub every night with the doors open and watched the stars. This family owned business is working hard to take good care of their customers. The place was clean and well cared for. If we ever return to Spain, we will book with this facility for sure. Thank you Eddy and family. We hope your business grows. Blessings, steve & donna

Hotel Cabo Finisterre is located in Finisterre, between Santiago and La Coruña, right on the north-western coast of the Iberian Peninsula. It offers free WiFi in all areas and 24-hour reception. The receptionist when we checked in was so lovely and helpful. We were early so our room was not ready but he gave us a map of the town and told us where to go and what to see. The room was big and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
Set in the highest part of Finisterre town center, Mirador Fin da Terra offers superb views over the port and bay. It is 1.9 mi from the famous Finisterre Lighthouse. It had amazing views. The room was lovely. It was very quiet.

Our hotel was located on the camino route into Finisterre. We had a view from our terrace through the pines to the coast. The seafood in town was excellent. The staff at the hotel was friendly, helpful, perfect. And, the price was right and breakfast was included.
Fisterra (or Finisterre) is know for being 'the end of the world'. The amazing view (and possibly sunset) is best viewed from the rocks surrounding the lighthouse – also a perfect (symbolic) ending of your camino, should you be on one. If you want to catch that sunset and have diner beforehand, keep in mind that a lot of restaurants don't start serving diner before eight! The World Family - a small, alternative bar (or living community as I understand) was great - I had a wonderful vegetarian lunch there and the atmosphere was amazing. It may not be for everyone, but for me this was a lovely place.
I really like the walk to Faro Fisterra. Also the view of the Atlantic Ocean was amazing. If your by yourself it is a good time to quietly reflect on your life. If you are with someone special it is a good time to think about the future.
Great place to end your camino or for a visit. It can get very busy but there are plenty of different walks and spots around to avoid the crowd if needed. plenty of places to sit, eat and relax, some of them pretty good, others very touristy .The big beach is lovely with some nice cafe/restaurants/beach bars As it's a compact town it's easy to get around. Do not expect to go on a shopping expedition here.
There is another beach that is great for watching the sunset. It was a little difficult to find but nice for a bonfire under the stars. It's helpful to bring headlamp or torch/flashlight for the walk home. The sunset cruise was also great.
Absolute must when in Fisterra is Cabo (Cape) Fisterra that was one considered to be the end of the world (hence the name Finisterre), but even elsewhere the area is full of nice places for walking or just enjoying yourself in a lovely natural setting.
