The owner checked if everything was okay everyday. Clean apartment with great kitchen! And great prices! I left the apartment a bit later, which was totally fine with the owner. When I come back I would stay here again.
With sea views, Cabañas Fisterra is located in Fisterra and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, seasonal outdoor pool and terrace. We went here as a “vacation” after walking the Costal Camino Portugués from Porto. Although the cabañas don’t look super special from the outside and kind of blend into the scenery from afar, inside is pure relaxation. After a quick check-in, we found our cabin immaculate with a small bottle of Prosecco waiting for us at the hot tub and rose petals across the bed. You can also buy bottles of wine at the restaurant/desk. The view the first day was hindered by weather, but once it cleared you could see the waves lapping at the beach below. The place feels very private and secluded. Sliding doors open to the balcony and you can leave the door open for a breeze while soaking in the hot tub that overlooks it. Breakfast can be ordered to your cabana and will be dropped off outside your door in a picnic basket at the time you desire. It is a HUGE spread, enough for snacks later in the day! The owner/chef is amazing in the kitchen and prepares everything from scratch when ordered- even sending her husband out to grab something to complete the process. Our second day, we walked to Cape Finisterre through town- an easy 3 miles each way and stopped at some shops on the way back. We had the lobster paella our final night and it was impressive. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend after completing your Camiño, especially if with a partner.

Set in Fisterra, within 0.9 mi of Coído de Cabanas Beacch, Rúa A plaza la constitución 16 is an accommodations offering sea views. This view from the living room of this apartment is to die for. The location is great for Fisterra, and the beds were very comfortable. We spent a lot of our time relaxing in the living room chatting and enjoying the view. The check-in is completely in Spanish. It was okay for us because a couple of us can speak a little bit and Google translate helped a lot. But you definitely need to be able to speak or write some Spanish to set up your key pick-up.
Vivienda de uso turístico, A Casa Do Campo in Fisterra offers accommodations with free WiFi, 0.9 mi from Coído de Cabanas Beacch. The host, José, was very friendly and concerned about our comfort. He also made useful recommendations regarding places to visit during our stay. Nice details included biscuits and hot chocolate provided for breakfast and cold water in the fridge. The house was located in a quite area so we had a very restful, comfortable night, and it was very clean, in fact...spotless! We enjoyed wandering around Fisterra and exploring nearby and look forward to a return visit.
Located in Fisterra, 0.9 mi from Coído de Cabanas Beacch, Apartamentos SEOANE features a living room with a TV, and free WiFi. This stay was very good. Clean, modernized (updated accents and a great TV. There is a very comfy pull out full bed in the living area so technically, the place could fit 4. Location could not be better. She also offers free washer and dryer inside unit. While there is not a full kitchen, this would be a good place to prepare snacks and store wine and what not, and then walk to the lighthouse to watch the sun go down.
Fisterra (Finisterre) is a pleasant seaside town with great walking nearby. Of course it’s at the end of the extended Camino de Santiago, definitely worth the continuation. A good place to chill out and there is safe swimming on the sheltered main beach. Seafood is a must and we had some excellent value meals in the parade of restaurants down by the harbour.
Our hotel was located on the camino route into Finisterre. We had a view from our terrace through the pines to the coast. The seafood in town was excellent. The staff at the hotel was friendly, helpful, perfect. And, the price was right and breakfast was included.
Fisterra (or Finisterre) is know for being 'the end of the world'. The amazing view (and possibly sunset) is best viewed from the rocks surrounding the lighthouse – also a perfect (symbolic) ending of your camino, should you be on one. If you want to catch that sunset and have diner beforehand, keep in mind that a lot of restaurants don't start serving diner before eight! The World Family - a small, alternative bar (or living community as I understand) was great - I had a wonderful vegetarian lunch there and the atmosphere was amazing. It may not be for everyone, but for me this was a lovely place.
Not a lot to Fisterra. Went to the lighthouse and walked the town but there really isn't much to do or see. If you're ending the Camino there it makes sense, but just for an extra trip probably would be worth it in the summer where you could play in the beach but not if the weather is bad.
Wonderful drive along the coast to get there. The most beautiful beach to walk along and collect shells. Small town but with most facilities.Great places to eat if you want sea food. Lovely walk to the Lighthouse (3.5km) and great atmosphere created by other peregrinos when watching the sunset into the Atlantic
The Fisterre was the finish point of my Camino Portuguese. For me it was very magical place. I spent my birthday there and it had one of the most amazing days of my life. I loved the ocean and beautiful shells, the sunset and tranquility. I have tried local fish there and it was very delicious!
