Really enjoyed our stay. Room was spotless and really comfortable and quiet. And we had a great dinner, wonderful food far better than we expected for a hostel restaurant. Busy even though it was a Sunday in January. Plenty of breakfast options in the morning as well (tho not included). Parked outside on the street no problems, it’s a quiet village but convenient for the N2 highway.

Located within 34 km of Palacio del Infantado and 35 km of Parque de la Concordia, Hospederia Princesa Elima features rooms in Brihuega.

The hotel is a typical Spanish building with an amazing interior. The hosts were friendly and attentive and we were offered tea, coffee and a lovely home made sponge cake when we arrived, they also offered to cook us dinner which we readily accepted and they cooked us a three course meal with wine for us. It is a little out in the sticks but it was just what we were looking for. The hosts did not speak much English and we don't speak much Spanish but we managed to communicate and enjoyed the challenge. Overall a great little hotel that I can strongly recommend
