We enjoyed this hotel immensely. Great staff and our room was spectacular. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. We are already planning on staying there again soon.

Absolutely and unexpectedly stunning place with caring personnel, an old castle made into the hotel but keeping its charm and soul of the pure castle. Very comfortable.

Exceelent service in the cafeteria. Very nice bed and bedroom. Beautiful building. A nice touch was the cava and profiterole that awaited us in the evening.

Location, facilities and cleanliness

I was this hotel for the first time and I was delighted. A mega nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms, in good location of the hotel to the bus station, to the beach and to the center. The only downside was the restaurant, which doesn't fit into the atmosphere of the hotel at all, but nevertheless the staff there is also very nice, but it didn't bother me at all if you walk to the center, there are quite a lot of good restaurants with decent cuisine. I recommend this hotel) woonderful)

It was a beautiful hotel and extremely well situated in a good area of Cadiz . The staff were amazing and very polite. The parking close by was handy and reasonable. Our room was at the back with a private terrace. No noise at all and a very spacious room . The bed was really comfortable and the pillow’s lovely.

Normally good value, but during the Feria de Caballo in Jerez it was quite expensive. Still, glad to have accommodation, and I always like staying at Chaikana, it's a great location!

Fantastic. Pretty hotel in a nice town with easy access to Cadiz by ferry. Very nice helpful hotel staff. Easy to store and charge our bicycles

The entire hotel was very clean and presentable. We arrived at 1130pm to a friendly desk attendant ready to assist with checking in. He got me checked in within 5 minutes and we were on the way to the parking garage. The room was gorgeous and having its own thermostat was a welcome sight. The shower in the huge bathroom was amazing with great water pressure and almost instant hot water

The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The building was absolutely beautiful and in an excellent location in the old town. I left my wallet and sunglasses behind by accident and Ana gave me a call as soon as they were found, holding them until the next day for me! This was very much appreciated and a great relief!

Location, room is lovely and clean

Excellent location in a beautiful square in the Old Town with restaurants, bars and cafes available. The beds were very comfortable. The wifi was good. Did not partake of breakfast so unable to comment. Chose this hotel for its proximity to train and bus station.
