Room: 1st room had a smell, reception has changed immediately and was following up with call, while we were out of hotel. The room was bigger and amazing, very clean, big bed, very nice panoramic view. Thanks again! Beach: its ok, open public beach, you have to bring your bed, umbrella etc. hotel has no arrangement there. So people they do not know (like us) recommended to bring your own beach items, to avoid buying there in the shops for higher price. Pool: its ok, we did not use to be honest, due to "some" reasons we try to reduce to minimum to use crowded people... Reception: FANTASTIC people, so friendly, smiling, explaining everything perfectly! Ms. Mercedes specially, others name i do not remember so cannot mention, including the restaurants staff. Main reason to come back to this hotel may be to see again Mercedes. :) My sone birthday they spotted and when we came to the room they arranged cake and bottle of rose wine in the ice. It was really a bog surprise! thank you to everyone who implemented this in this hotel and who is arranging professionally. Many Thanks!!!!

The hotel is stunning and very welcoming.All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the level was excellent. There is nothing I can fault.

We Love it that’s why we returned and will do next year hopefully We were not 100% satisfied with the room It was noisy and for 10 Days the closet is not the best If we have to get a better one just let us know

Good breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff. Very good choice to go with small children once it provides nice activities and entertainment for them. Very good pool and nice location near the beach with good accesses.

This Hotel is truly a ‘Charming Hotel’! This is the third time I’ve stayed in the Pousada de Vila Real de Santo António and I’ve already booked my stay for later in June. The location is ideal. The Staff absolutely wonderful! We, and our little dog Margarita, always feel welcomed and at-home in beautiful hotel. Thank you to all for making our multiple stays , such a wonderful experience , every time.

Very spacious room & very clean. Loved the location.

- The staff were beyond amazing. Very polite and incredibly friendly. In particular a gentleman called 'Antonio' in the restaurant. Nothing was too much for him. He was very attentive and always served with a smile :) -The room was big enough and the bathroom was spacious - I was very pleased to see tea/coffee making facilities in the room - The meals were delicious. Although there were few options to pick from, I found the food to be sufficient and tasty. And I felt it helped minimised wastage. I could have a full English or continental breakfast and dinner was always hot with the option of a 3 course meal served as a buffet style. - The acoustic entertainment in the bar was fantastic on Saturday night, a chilled and relaxing vibe

WiFi working very good. 10 out of 10 Streaming Netflix all great. Room super cleaned All staff don’t speak English but super kind Beach near by good All inclusive and even they have snack& bottle of waters for good by amenities. I recommend bring all cook stuff with all stencils with cook fan and cooking self Or beach has restaurant. Super good deal for sure worth! Near have lot free park on the street. Mecadona supermarket pretty big Must be bring own car like us. We did rented. Before or after stop by at Portugal just great day trip Only two part con side 1.till 12:00 music loudly 2. Food not tasty at all

Good hotel, everything new and clean, just 5 minutes walk from the beach, good breakfast, especially deserts. Would stay once again with pleasure.

Breakfast was excellent, what I would have expected. The room was OK. The Location for a quite couple like ourselves was exceptional.

Our studio was very nice and comfortable, everything was clean and we had a great time on the terrace, watching the stars at night, sunbathing during the day. Breakfast was delicious and with many options. The pool inside was heated, a blessing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is very close, we had a great time here.
