United KingdomThe whole experience was lovely. Luisa and Victor are excellent hosts and the property is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Luisa speaks great English and recommended places for us to visit.
Victor's cooking was fabulous. We had a delicious taster menu with his award-winning twist on Galician cuisine.
It is near mountains, stunning beaches and lovely fishing villages. Highly recommend.

NorwayThe house was 100% like the pictures. Fabulous! Lovely outdoor seating areas, barbecue - loved everything about it.
It was extremely clean and there was some water and a couple of beers in the fridge upon arrival as well as biscuits/coffee/tea and sweets. Even ice cold beerglasses in the freezer! We would like to go back.

If you are looking for a quiet, seaside town with all the amenities, Laxe is a good place to visit. It has nice bars and cafes and a couple of small supermarkets. It is great for campervans as there is plenty of free space to park up.
The area offers some great walks and amazing sandy beaches which are virtually deserted.

It's a tiny town, easy to walk around, relatively easy to park in too. The beach is great, although there are better, hidden ones within a ten to fifteen minute drive.
I ate in one restaurant and as a vegetarian there weren't more than 2 or 3 options but i had a salad with Goats Cheese ice-cream, recommended by my host, and it was AMAZING! Still, i'd struggle to eat there for more than a couple of days. The food isn't that cheap but the beer and wine were. There is a beautiful old church to visit too.

A small town with a fishing port and several restaurants, bars and cafes. Although it's a tourist and surfer destination like most of the Galician seaside towns it's still rather utilitarian and not dressed up as a commercialised attraction. The surrounding countryside, bays and beaches are spectacular and there are many super homes in the hills around the town. If you're driving, you may find the parking in town a little hard to come by!

The location was excellent, being opposite the beach. The view from the terrace, looking over the beach and the harbour was magnificent. Room was large ,clean and very comfortable. The attached restaurant provided and extensive menu at very reasonable rates, and the food was sensational. We could not have wanted any more from the staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. One of the most welcoming and helpful hotels that we have stayed.

We are always happy with everything in this hotel. That is why we keep coming back. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The main beach is only a block away. There is always safe parking nearby. The coffee in the bar downstairs is excellent, and you can enjoy a reasonably priced small breakfast there if you wish. There is an Eroski supermarket just a block away.

Everything. The cool but cozy and familiar vibe, the decoration of rooms and the shared spaces. Cherry on the top the fantastic food at the restaurant ( dinner here is a must have). Located just few minutes from Laxe and Playa Soesto, it is a perfect place to discover this part of the coast
